Application fee waived during July 10 Open House
If you’ve always wanted a master’s degree, or realized you now need one, apply for admission at no charge at the Graduate School Open House from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 10, at the Welcome Center.
In the ever-toughening job market, employers are increasing their educational requirements, and a master’s degree from Wayne State University can make a difference for you. A master’s degree will set you apart from those with only a bachelor’s degree. A graduate degree can allow specialization within your field, advancement within your current job, or even a change in careers. And those with a master’s degree can earn up to $10,000 more than those holding just a bachelor’s degree.
Admissions and program representatives will be on hand to review applications and advise applicants. As a special promotion, the $50 application fee will be waived for participants on site. The Graduate School offers more than 60 doctoral degrees, 139 master’s degrees and 32 certificate, specialist and professional programs.
